FAPE/EVS GRANTS TUITION ASSISTANCE
This is the time more high school students can avail of tuition fee assistance and also get a quality custom essay to get the best grades and not worry about not understanding certain questions completely. The Financial Assistance for Private Education (FAPE) has granted The Lewis College (TLC) 50 slots to be enjoyed by students who are enrolling in the first year high school this school year, 2008-2009. FAPE is a government program designed to ease up the overflow of enrolment in most public high schools.
Under this program, the government gives an amount of 5,000 pesos as financial aid to students who are enrolling in the private schools. Most private high schools impose a higher amount of tuition fee than the government aid; and so parents shoulder the payment of any excess amount beyond what the government subsidizes.
To avail of FAPE tuition fee assistance, an enrolling student should present a certificate of tax exemption from the BIR Office. Further, the TLC also accepts first year high school students who are recipients of the Educational Voucher System (EVS). Public school grade six students can apply for grants with their own school principal. tlc
